Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Administrator to serve as the key commercial interface for repeat quotations and re-costing activities. You will ensure that all proposals align with company objectives and that quoted lead times are achievable based on raw material availability and capacity. Additionally, you will be responsible for order entry and acknowledgments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for repeat business.

  • Prepare and manage commercial proposals for repeat orders, ensuring profitability targets are met.

  • Handle re-costing processes and resolve any commercial discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with sales management and finance teams to maintain commercial viability.
