Job Title: Science Teacher
Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Bishops Stortford. Our school is known for its academic excellence, and we are looking for a passionate Science Teacher to inspire and engage students in the wonders of the subject.
As a Science Teacher, you will deliver lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the possibility of teaching at KS5 level. Working within a highly supportive and dynamic science department, the successful Science Teacher will be committed to fostering a curiosity for science while promoting strong academic performance and practical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching engaging and challenging Science lessons across a range of abilities
- Collaborating with fellow Science Teachers to enhance the curriculum and share best practices
- Encouraging students to develop a passion for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics through interactive and stimulating lessons
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong passion for Science
- Experience or newly qualified as a Science Teacher
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
