What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactive Maintenance:Â Jump into action with repairs and ensure our facilities are always running smoothly.
- Regular Inspections:Â Keep an eye on everything, from classrooms to common areas, to ensure they are well-maintained.
- Record Keeping:Â Track all your maintenance work diligently.
- Safety First:Â Always adhere to our health and safety policies while you work.
- Problem Reporting: Let us know if something isn’t right so we can fix it quickly.
- Scheduled Checks:Â Regularly check our systems and structures, and act on your findings.
- Emergency Response:Â Be ready to tackle urgent issues, holding keys to the kingdom!
- Security Promotion:Â Help us keep our premises secure.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience in maintenance, ideally within an educational setting (though not essential).
- Is skilled in various trades and knows their way around basic plumbing and carpentry.
- Understands the importance of health and safety regulations.
- Can work independently, drive when needed, and handle physical tasks.
- Is ready for the occasional emergency call-out, with extra compensation for this.
