HGV Driver

THE ROLE:
Join us as a Class 1 HGV Driver working with some of our many customers on-site and on the road.
You will be performing a key role within a high performing and established logistic and supply chain teamworking with existing and new large-scale well-known customer brands across the UK.

HOURS OF WORK:
There are variousshift patterns available including days and nights.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Collecting and delivering to and from customer sitesComplete required vehicle checks.
- Communicate internally and externally during shift.
- Be responsible for Health and Safety and Compliance whilst on the road, at EV Cargo depots and within customer sites.
- Be responsible for any administration during shift, with accurate completion.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
Be self-disciplined with the ability to work autonomously. You will have excellent communication skills, ability to prioritise and react to change quickly and positively, you will also ideally have:
- Proven experience in a Class 1 role.
- Previous FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) experience.
- Health and Safety awareness for self and other road others
- Customer service skills
