Job Title: Plant operative

Days: Monday - FridayHours: 07:00am - 5:00pm
gap personnel Gloucester are currently recruiting a Plant operative to join their manufacturing company based in Sharpness.
Main Responsibilities
- i) Surfaces are kept clean.
- ii) Ship to store lorries do not leak.
- iii) Drains do not become blocked.
- iv) Fence lines remain free from litter.
- v) Site remains clear of rubbish build up.
- vi) Skips are emptied as soon as is necessary.
- vii) Empty pallets are kept to a minimum and stored in their designated area at least 15 metres from any building.
- viii) Sheets are folded and suitably stored.
- ix) IBC ground cover mats are picked up, suitably stored and placed when necessary.
- 路 To have the ability to take over or assist in any of the roles within the factory in the event of staff shortages.
- 路 Operate on a staggered rest break system if requested by the Site or Assistant Site Manager during busy seasonal periods.
- 路 To carry out all duties and tasks prescribed in an efficient and professional manner Good general understanding of PC applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
Working Shifts and Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 07:00am - 5:00pm
Hourly Pay Rates
拢11.50 per hour
