Your main role will be to support students through their admission and transition process as well as all site HR processes.

As the Admissions and Transition Administrator you will be supporting the Manager to process referrals, parental enquiries and expression of interests, as well as supporting with inward and outward transitions.

As the HR Administrator you will be supporting the Manager in the processing and management of new starters and HR processes for current employees.

Other duties will include:

  • undertaking general administration duties
  • inputting and retrieving date
  • taking and typing up accurate minutes
  • preparing relevant information for inspections
  • assisting with any other duties required by the Senior Leadership Team

You will need:

  • experience in an admin role ideally to including HR
  • an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and an aptitude for bespoke software packages
  • a good level of literacy and numeracy
  • the ability to manage workload effectively
  • effectively communicate at all levels - written and verbal
