gap personnel Gloucester are recruiting for 1 General Yard Operative for an ongoing temp to perm assignment to one of the companies in Sharpness. As a General Yard Operative you will be working outside, performing all duties, when really bad weather conditions – you will be moved inside to perform warehouse duties. This role has a variety of responsibilities to keep you busy throughout the day.

Main Duties as a Yard Operative

Loading, unloading, processing and transporting various materials on site.
Conducting regular checks on work areas.
Cable sorting and some scrap items

Working Hours

07:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

Hourly Pay Rates

Basic Rate - £12.00p/h

Due to location, own transport is required.

Successful candidate will be asked to complete additional Health Questionnaire for the company internally, and complete online training, prior to start.
