We are excited to be working with a leading client who is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their team on a complex new build commercial development in Hertfordshire.

Construction Manager Key Responsibilities:

Oversee groundworks and steel frame packages on-site.
Manage civils packages and ensure smooth progress.
Supervise and manage trades and subcontractors.
Review and ensure compliance of subcontractor RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
Report directly to the Project Manager and assist with coordination across teams.

Construction Manager Requirements:

Previous experience managing civils packages, ideally for a Main Contractor or specialist civils subcontractor.
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high standards of safety and quality on site.
