We are excited to be working with a leading client who is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their team on a complex new build commercial development in Hertfordshire.
Construction Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee groundworks and steel frame packages on-site.
- Manage civils packages and ensure smooth progress.
- Supervise and manage trades and subcontractors.
- Review and ensure compliance of subcontractor RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
- Report directly to the Project Manager and assist with coordination across teams.
- Previous experience managing civils packages, ideally for a Main Contractor or specialist civils subcontractor.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high standards of safety and quality on site.
