Ashlyns Care Home in Berkhamstedis seeking a compassionate Night Care Assistant to promote and deliver personalized care and create a calm and trusting atmosphere throughout the night, ensuring the dignity, independence, and personal safety of residents.

Key Responsibilities as a Night Care Assistant:

  • Support residents with all aspects of personal care, maintaining and promoting independence while ensuring privacy and respect.
  • Ensure the home is safe and secure throughout the night, providing a sense of comfort and security to residents.
  • Complete all necessary night documentation, ensuring accurate and timely records.
