GNSS Automotive Electronics PCB Design Engineer required to design and develop electronics and printed circuit assemblies for future automotive GNSS positioning and instrumentation products.

 

Skills

Electronics and multilayer PCB design commercial experience.

Altium Designer or Cadence, OrCAD, Allegro or similar PCB design tool experience.

PCB signal integrity, PCB stack-up, impedance control, ESD mitigation and EMC compliance.

Knowledge of FPGA design techniques.

Analogue and digital layout and design experience for test and manufacture.

High accuracy GNSS exposure within the automotive industry highly advantageous.

Diploma or degree in electronics, electrical engineering or related engineering area.

 

Responsibilities

Analogue and digital electronics design with PCB layout including circuit symbol, component footprint creation and component library management.

Technical documentation including PCB fabrication and assembly drawings, bills of materials and manufacturing data.

Support PCB assembly and resolve PCB manufacturing issues.

Hardware design verification, debugging, oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers and other test equipment.

Firmware development collaboration.
