Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Adviser to join an Independent Financial Advice practice.
This independent and directly authorised firm is looking for a new individual to join their thriving company. They always look to put clients’ needs first and are looking for someone with a like-minded approach to join their fantastic team. They’re looking to hire at a sustainable rate, ensuring that when advisers join, they receive all the support they need, equally important is ensuring their positive culture and admirable values remain at the heart of the firm. Due to the ongoing success of the practice, they’re looking for another hybrid adviser to join them.
They’re offering an employed opportunity with leads provided and some clients to help kick start your journey. They’ve an excellent lead generation model that they pay for, and this certainly keeps their advisers busy. With an in-house leads team that book meetings with hot conversable leads, it cannot be easier for the advisers to build a client base! You’ll also benefit from full compliance, paraplanning and administration support at no cost.

Skills and experience required:
- Level 4 Diploma Qualified
- Experience of advising (CAS status)
- Must buy into firms beliefs, clients will always come first
- No need to have a client bank however advantageous to have a following and networking abilities
