Our client, a very well-respected business in the local area, are looking to bring on board a Database Officer to the current team. Please note, this is a part time role, 22.5hrs p/week.

To work closely with the Database Manager for a period of three/four weeks to learn the system and key processes that the post holder will be responsible for.
* To take ownership of the fundraising database to ensure the effective capture and management of supporter data.
* To liaise with the CRM provider, the IT support team and other external providers linked to the delivery of data to the fundraising to resolve issues and ensure the smooth running of the database.
* To prepare data for marketing and appeals, segmenting data as requested by the supporter engagement and community and events teams
* To support the donor care team by responding to their queries, resolving issues, understanding all processes and exploring solutions and improvements to existing process to support processing of fundraising data.

This is an interim role for 6 months from September 2024 with the potential to be extended.
