Trainee Recruitment Consultant responsibilities include:
- Source and qualify candidates for our live vacancies across our 4 global industries.
- Undertake searches on the companys database, external job boards such as LinkedIn, and utilise social media in order to headhunt candidates.
- Prepare and present pre-qualified CVs to the business winning team and arrange candidate interviews, including travel arrangements and interview prep/debriefs.
- Provide post-sales assistance to contract consultants with regards to temporary and long-term accommodation, special travel arrangements and any registration formalities that may have to be undertaken.
- Identify new business opportunities to support business development.
