Our client is an established local law firm, and they have an opportunity for an experienced   Private Client Fee Earner to take over an existing caseload from a retiring team member.The role primarily involves estate administration, often dealing with taxable estates, while wills and powers of attorney are typically handled by another team member. There is no contentious work involved, and as the ew Fee Earner will be supervising a 2 year PQE Lawyer, it’s envisaged they will need a minimum of 5 years PQE or equivalent.Although not essential, candidates with experience of LEAP case management will be welcome as the firm is in the process of implementing this in the near future.The role is predominantly office-based, however hybrid or flexible working may be considered.
