**Position:** Care Assistant
**Location:** Little Gaddesden
**Salary:** 11.44-13.00 per hour
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide personal care to residents, ensuring dignity and respect
- Assist with mobility and use of hoists safely and effectively
- Support residents with daily activities and companionship
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment for all residents
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in elderly care within the UK
- Willingness to provide personal care and operate hoists
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Up-to-date mandatory training certifications
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
- Ability to provide references for the last 5 years
