Academics is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic school in Berkhamsted, offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a maternity cover basis from April to December 2025.
Contract: Part-Time Year 4 Teacher - Maternity Cover
Location: Berkhamsted
Days: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (2 or 3 days)
Start: April 2025
The Role:
- Teach a Year 4 class in a warm, inclusive, and well-resourced school.
- Work 2 or 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday).
- Join a collaborative and forward-thinking teaching team.
- Deliver a broad and engaging curriculum that fosters a love for learning.
- Work closely with parents, staff, and leadership to support pupils' progress.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in KS2.
- A creative and engaging approach to teaching.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passionate about supporting and inspiring young learners.
