HP4 Recruitment are on the hunt for a Recruiter to join our ever-growing, fun, and hardworking recruitment family based in Berkhamsted. 

If you've got a proven background of working in a fast-paced recruitment environment and have got a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Sales Consultant or Internal Recruiter, we would love to see your application!

Our head office is based in Berkhamsted and we have been successfully working on recruitment for a number of clients for the past 8 + years.

Responsibilities, roles & tasks include:

  • Source vacancies from any of the divisions we currently service which are Fire & Security, Engineering, Automotive & Construction
  • Always represent and convey HP4’s vision and values
  • Focusing on direct recruitment across all business areas
  • High level of outbound call activity to source new candidates
  • Network requirements in a positive manner to obtain referrals through candidates and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn
  • Sourcing candidates on the company’s database, external job boards and utilise social media
  • Target both the active and passive markets to contact suitable candidates to discuss opportunities
  • Qualifying candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities, being able to embody the HP4 brand and gain candidate commitment
  • Performing head hunting activities to identify and source candidates from the passive market
  • Managing candidate pipeline
  • Coordinating and hosting internal / external interviews
  • Managing the candidate on boarding process
  • Competitor identification and mapping
