Their innovative, consultative approach to headhunting sets them apart, and they are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.

The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take charge of managing client relationships, driving new business, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. You will work across multiple industries, including AI, Logistics, and Manufacturing, providing tailored executive search services that align with clients’ strategic needs.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment or a strong track record in a comparable sales environment.
Strong commercial awareness with a proactive approach to client and business management.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving business targets.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
