  • Provide tailored support to students with complex and challenging behaviours, fostering their personal and academic growth in a nurturing environment
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students, using individualized communication techniques to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create consistent, structured routines while remaining flexible to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Use resilience, persistence, and problem-solving skills to address daily challenges and support students’ well-being and progress.
  • Play a key role in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring every student feels valued and supported.

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have the right to work within the UK
  • DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one
  • Have experience working with students who have complex and challenging behaviours
  • Be comfortable and adaptable working in different environments
  • Be able to support the teacher in and around the classroom
  • Work with small groups of children
