The role:

Set and operate a variety of modern and conventional machinery.
Manufacture components, working to drawings and specifications.
Self-inspect components.
Report any manufacturing errors to line manager so corrective action can be agreed
Ensure that production requirements are met in line with the production schedule
Excellent attention to detail and possess the drive to learn and develop.
Team player with the ability to work using your own initiative.
Positive attitude, good time keeping and a willingness to be flexible.

The Person:

Motivated, highly organised, experienced CNC machinist with a good understanding of machining principles.
Understand and utilise Control systems.
Experience setting up and run various machines including CNC and Manual.
Read and understand technical drawings.
Experience with Milling and turning techniques
