Seeking a Wealth Administrator to provide essential support to the Wealth Management Department. This role is crucial in helping maintain the highest standards of advice and service in line with current regulations and best practices. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining accurate departmental records and supporting the team to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Work closely with the Paraplanner and Administration Teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and support of all roles, especially during absences and peak periods.
  • Champion development within the Wealth Management Department to keep procedures, skills, and solutions up-to-date and compliant.
  • Prepare monthly valuations for clients and provide general administrative support as needed, including filing, scanning, and handling both computerised and manual post.
  • Maintain meticulous departmental records and manage the job book process, ensuring accurate recording of all transactions.
  • Generate reports from records as required, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the department’s service level agreement.
