Description
- Lead the Accounting & Finance Department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
- Oversee financial risk management procedures.
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, and executives in formal meetings.
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.
Profile
A successful Interim FC should have:
- A professional accounting designation (ICAS, CIMA, or ACCA) or Qualified by experience
- Proven experience in a senior accounting or financial management role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
- Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SAP is essential
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Job Offer
- An attractive daily rate of £300 - £400.
