Search Consultancy is seeking to recruit for a manufacturing organisation for a dedicated and experienced Management Accountant to join their team in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is ready to hit the ground running and contribute to our financial operations.
Job Description: This role involves preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and providing insights on financial performance. You will manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives, oversee the preparation of statutory accounts, and liaise with external auditors. Additionally, you will perform balance sheet reconciliations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and financial analysis.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will need a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), proven experience in management accounting, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. The ability to start immediately is essential.
