Management Accountant - £Competitive Beverley, East Yorkshire (Hybrid Available)Are you ready to take your accounting career to new heights? We're seeking a qualified or part-qualified Management Accountant to join our growing international services business. Based from our modern offices in Beverley, you'll take ownership of financial reporting for a key business unit within our group.What you'll do:
  • Own the full monthly management accounts process for designated business units
  • Build strong partnerships with operational leaders and commercial teams, supporting them to drive operational performance
  • Lead on balance sheet reconciliations and year-end audit processes
  • Support international growth with occasional travel to our overseas locations
  • Contribute to business improvement initiatives and pricing strategies
  • Support ad hoc requirements of a growing business which may include M&A activity
What we need:
  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant with 3+ years' experience
  • Strong Excel skills and system implementation experience
  • Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management
  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
  • International business experience beneficial but not essential
