Management Accountant - £Competitive Beverley, East Yorkshire (Hybrid Available)Are you ready to take your accounting career to new heights? We're seeking a qualified or part-qualified Management Accountant to join our growing international services business. Based from our modern offices in Beverley, you'll take ownership of financial reporting for a key business unit within our group.What you'll do:

Own the full monthly management accounts process for designated business units
Build strong partnerships with operational leaders and commercial teams, supporting them to drive operational performance
Lead on balance sheet reconciliations and year-end audit processes
Support international growth with occasional travel to our overseas locations
Contribute to business improvement initiatives and pricing strategies
Support ad hoc requirements of a growing business which may include M&A activity

What we need:

Qualified or part-qualified accountant with 3+ years' experience
Strong Excel skills and system implementation experience
Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management
Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
International business experience beneficial but not essential
