Description

  • To lead on the development and delivery of the Association's Homes Strategy ensuring it supports business plan values, success factors and objectives.
  • Identifying and delivering a strategic approach to stock condition, asset data management, returns on investment and investment planning (planned maintenance)
  • To support the management of development schemes and the performance of professional partners in the delivery of new developments.

Profile

  • Experiences implementing business and strategic plans and delivering results
  • Experience of managing stock condition data
  • Experience of undertaking return on investment asset appraisals
  • Experience of managing construction and maintenance related projects from concept stage to practical completion and defects liability periods
