Business Development Manager / Renewable Energy EquipmentYorkshire/Northern England£45k basic + Bonus, Company Car and BenefitsThe Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading distribution partner of Renewable Energy Equipment, to be based out of Yorkshire or Northern England.Job Overview:As the Business Development manager based in the Northern England area, you will be responsible to be prospecting new business revenue, with new and existing accounts.Some of your duties will include:As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include the account management and business development of an established customer base based in the UK and proactively looking for new business in the various sectors, we operate in.You will be expected to spend 3-4 days weekly on customer visits selling all the benefits of the company, its products & services.To build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers and proactively identify new sales opportunities with our leading manufacturers.To collaborate fully with the company's internal Sales and Operations Team.What do you need to succeed?At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or External sales would be preferred but not essentialHave a technical skill in electronics/power engineering is preferred but not essentialExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent negotiation and customer service skillsStrong work ethic and good planning and organisational skillsCommercially focused on delivering Revenue and margin targets
