Territory Manager - Yorkshire, Humber, and LincolnshireAre you an experienced sales professional with a passion for medical devices and a knack for building strong customer relationships? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Territory Manager to join a dynamic and successful sales team covering the Yorkshire, Humber, and Lincolnshire regions. In this field-based role, you will focus primarily on medical devices in theatre and outpatient settings, with a particular emphasis on operating rooms and delivery suites. Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you will have full responsibility and ownership for developing and supporting both newly acquired and established products, as well as launching innovative new products.As a Territory Manager, you will be a key player in a fast-paced and expanding business, contributing to its growth and success. The UK business, being the first direct sales team outside of the US, aims to build on the historic success of leading brands in the gynecology space. You will be instrumental in maintaining this growth trajectory and supporting the infrastructure development necessary for further expansion.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Drive sales growth by understanding market dynamics, identifying opportunities, and acting on them.
  • Promote and sell gynecology and obstetrics products to key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders.
  • Engage stakeholders effectively to drive decision-making and sales.

Qualifications:

  • A scientific degree, nursing qualification, or clinical specialist background.
  • 3-5 years of field sales experience with a focus on operating room sales.
  • A tactical, structured, and goal-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with business acumen.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
