Client Service Specialist

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are proud to announce our ongoing partnership with a longstanding client to support their search for a Client Service Specialist within their small business solutions healthcare division.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting consultants with day to day administration
  • Being the first point of contact for any client queries via email, phone or written communication
  • Process new business and renewals in support of the consultants

Essential Criteria:

  • Must have client-facing administration experience
  • Willingness to study towards qualifications and undertake further training, where necessary
  • Experience within the Employee Benefits industry

For this position, my client would need you to attend their office in Baildon three times a week and the other two days being from home.
