Description
- Preparing and reporting monthly management accounts for all entities.
- Maintaining effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
- Leading the finance team looking at continuous improvement and supporting professional development.
- Preparing documentation for external requests, including year-end reporting, audits and PLC reporting requirements.
- Overseeing monthly bank and ledgers reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Fully overseeing stock management, valuation and reconciliation processes.
- Ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance, filings and related activities.
- Maintaining efficient debtors and creditors ledgers, including rebates, prepayments and accruals.
- Accurately posting payroll and tax journals and recording liabilities.
- Managing budgeting, re forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting processes.
- Performing ad hoc financial tasks as required.
