The Interim Finance Manager will play a key leadership role in overseeing the financial operations of two businesses, leading a team and managing the finance function.

Description

  • Preparing and reporting monthly management accounts for all entities.
  • Maintaining effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Leading the finance team looking at continuous improvement and supporting professional development.
  • Preparing documentation for external requests, including year-end reporting, audits and PLC reporting requirements.
  • Overseeing monthly bank and ledgers reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Fully overseeing stock management, valuation and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance, filings and related activities.
  • Maintaining efficient debtors and creditors ledgers, including rebates, prepayments and accruals.
  • Accurately posting payroll and tax journals and recording liabilities.
  • Managing budgeting, re forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting processes.
  • Performing ad hoc financial tasks as required.
