- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for Management reporting, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, and improving the quality & presentation of financial information.
- Monitoring prepayments, accruals, key balance sheet reconciliations and Group Management recharges to produce accurate and compliant data.
- Monitoring the financial performance of the business, analysing trends and variances to produce reports.
- Continuous improvement of finance processes, systems and controls, from identifying opportunities to implementation.
- Maintaining strong internal controls and identifying ways they could be improved and refined.
- Qualified accountant with professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA etc..)
- Proven experience in a management accounting role or similar.
- Good understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Experience with account reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
- Thorough knowledge of financial operations and accounting principles.
- Understanding of financial systems and their integration with accounting processes.
