SAP Energy Assessor (OCDEA) - remote

Are you a qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA)? This could be the perfect opportunity for you! Join a rapidly growing and successful sustainability consultancy that is looking for an experienced OCDEA to work remotely, contributing from day one.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have at least two years of experience in a similar role
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Have the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
  • Ideally have experience writing sustainability reports and strategies
  • Be familiar with planning and Part L building regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Deliver a high volume of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure client compliance with Part L and timely EPC issuance
  • Provide high-quality consultancy services and written reports at the land purchase and planning stages to meet planning requirements
  • Leverage team resources to ensure clients receive prompt, high-quality advice and assessments
