Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive PA support to the senior management team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and general office organization.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.
- Coordinate and support team meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up on action items.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required to support business operations.
Profile
PA/Administrator - Requirements:
- Previous experience in a PA or administrative role (ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
