As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and organized PA/Administrator to support our senior management team and ensure smooth operations within the office.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to the senior management team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and general office organization.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.
  • Coordinate and support team meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required to support business operations.

Profile

PA/Administrator - Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a PA or administrative role (ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
