We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a leading Manufacturing company with offices based in the East of Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor with prior experience in a HR Capacity who is looking for their next challenge within a HR environment. As HR Advisor you will work closely with the HR Manager, playing an active role in day-to-day HR Support, responsible for providing advice and guidance on people policy, process, and employee relation!

To be considered for this HR Advisor role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Qualified to Level 5 CIPD
  • Experience working in a HR support role, ideally HR Advisor
  • Confidence working in a fast paced, progressive commercial organisation
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship and people skills
  • Good knowledge of people policies and employee relations
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion in a HR role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable HR Advisor looking to take on a new challenge providing commercially focused HR support. Here is a little insight into what the day-to-day role may look like:

  • You will closely with the HR Manager to deliver the HR strategy
  • Manage HR queries as a key point of contact in the HR team
  • Support in the development of the learning and development strategy
  • Provide advice on topics such as employee relations, absence management, performance management and all areas of HR
  • Support HR projects such as recruitment, initiatives, and overall employee experience
  • Create and manage HR communications and correspondence
