2ND LINE - DESKTOP SUPPORTSALARY - £30,000LOCATION - Nr BEVERLEY (HULL)FULL-TIME ON SITEYour new roleOne of the most successful Organisations in the Region are looking to add an experienced 2nd line IT support person to their current team on a permanent basis. The successful IT Support candidate will be responsible for providing 2nd Line IT support to a large customer base, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained.What you'll need to succeedIdeally, the organisation wants to appoint an IT Support candidate who has experience of working to ITIL principles and can take ownership of customer issues and ensure they are carried through to completion.The following areas are the key skills and attributes the Hiring Manager is looking for;* Customer focussed with excellent interpersonal skills.* Excellent communication and people skills to engage confidently with a wide range of customers from all different areas within the organisation.* Hands on, flexible and pro-active approach. * Team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with colleagues. * Highly organised with excellent time management skills and ability to work without supervision - able to use own initiative.* Good working knowledge of MS Windows - Ideally workplace specific.* Understanding of Windows Server, MS Exchange and AD (Users and Computers)* Good working knowledge and support of wireless technologies.* Experience of mobile devices and application management across Microsoft, Apple and Android platforms.* ITIL Foundation Certified Desirable* Air watch Mobile Device Management Desirable* Full driving licence and access to own transport.What you'll get in returnThe position comes with a basic salary of £30,000 + an annual bonus of up to 12.5%.
