Role is for a Senior IT Support Analyst, an essential member of the Technology team in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.

Description

  • Provide BAU IT support to the business ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided at all times.
  • Log, respond to and update IT Service Desk requests ensuring response and resolution in-line with SLAs.
  • Provide support to users via telephone, email, teams / remote sessions and in-person.
  • Liaise with internal staff, stakeholders, 3rd parties and suppliers.
  • Escalate problems where necessary to management or third-party suppliers.
  • Support junior team members by acting as point of escalation for issues.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Confident, clear and professional telephone manner
  • Positive, enthusiastic, proactive approach required.
  • Resilient, able to adjust to a constantly changing environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills, analytical and inquisitive. Detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
  • High level of self-autonomy. Ability to work remotely / independently as well as with others as part of a team.
  • Good team player with ability to share and discuss potential solutions.
  • Well organized with strong time-management skills, able to meet deadlines.
