Are you an IT Support Technician with experience of working 2nd line support in a fast paced business? If so Futures are working with a well known manufacturer in the East Riding going through a period of sustained growth looking to appoint enthusiastic and well versed IT Support Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution.

• Assist with user account management, access control, and security configurations.

• Support remote users and troubleshoot VPN and remote desktop issues.

• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology deployments.

• Document solutions and maintain accurate IT support records.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

The ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a 2nd line IT support role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows

• Experience with Microsoft 365

• Hardware troubleshooting skills for PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

• Experience supporting remote users via remote desktop tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of IT asset management and ITIL best practices.

• Experience with software and hardware issues.
