Key Responsibilities as a Principal Town Planner:
- Lead the strategic planning and management of urban development projects, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, local authorities, and stakeholders to achieve planning objectives.
- Conduct detailed assessments, including feasibility studies, impact analyses, and land use evaluations.

Qualifications & Experience needed for the Principal Town Planner:
- Degree in Urban Planning, Town Planning, or a related field (advanced qualifications preferred).
- Professional accreditation or chartership (e.g., RTPI, AICP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable years of progressive experience in urban or town planning, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of planning legislation, frameworks, and emerging trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
