This position plays a vital role within the HR team, focusing on data-driven insights to support strategic workforce decisions. The Role:
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting HR data related to headcount, turnover, absence, and employee satisfaction.
- Identifying patterns and trends to provide actionable insights for business leaders.
- Partnering with HR teams to enhance processes and improve people strategies.
- Supporting projects such as salary modeling, benefits analysis, and gender pay gap reporting.
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Developing dashboards and visual reports to effectively communicate key HR metrics.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in HR data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualisation tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Power BI experience will be advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.
