People Analyst

Salary: £35k

Location: York - hybrid role

Grafton Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing organization, for the role of People Analyst. This position plays a vital role within the HR team, focusing on data-driven insights to support strategic workforce decisions. If you have a keen eye for analytics and enjoy working with HR metrics, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role:

  • Collecting, analysing, and interpreting HR data related to headcount, turnover, absence, and employee satisfaction.
  • Identifying patterns and trends to provide actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Partnering with HR teams to enhance processes and improve people strategies.
  • Supporting projects such as salary modeling, benefits analysis, and gender pay gap reporting.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Developing dashboards and visual reports to effectively communicate key HR metrics.

The Candidate:

  • Proven experience in HR data analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualisation tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Power BI experience will be advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.
