- Maintain precise procurement records.
- Monitor actual versus projected costs, providing transparent reports on savings or overspends.
- Facilitate requests for additional materials while ensuring process adherence and accurate cost allocation.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Promptly address and resolve any invoice discrepancies.
- Previous procurement experience , preferably within manufacturing or project led environments
- Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident and effective communicator.
- Strong numeracy skills (GCSE Maths grade 5/C or equivalent).
- Proficient in IT and comfortable using procurement-related software.
