One of our clients, a specialist insurer, is seeking a talented Senior Power Platform Developer to join their UK IT team. This is a permanent opportunity based in York, offering a chance to lead the adoption of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Role Overview- Location: York
- Flexibility: Hybrid working model (2 days per week onsite)

- Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions as a Senior Specialist or Developer.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service and Sales) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, CoPilot Studio).
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent communicator, effective with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Azure cloud technologies and security.
- Skilled in agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect Expert).
- Experience with Power Platform AI Builder and external AI integrations.
- Skills in extending the Power Platform using C#, JavaScript, etc.
- Insurance industry experience.
- Technical Leadership: Ability to design and implement secure, maintainable, and efficient D365 solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Balances requirements across workstreams to deliver pragmatic, value-driven solutions.
