You will be responsible for the development of the team as well as the providing clients with cost and budget plans in a fast paced environment.

Senior Estimator / Estimator / Contract / Construction
Senior Estimator Roles & Responsibilities: Estimator / Construction / Surveying
- Provide cost and budget plans
- Understanding of JCT and NEC Contracts
- Ability to work with projects from start all the way through to completion
- Experience of high value low volume projects
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Preparation of tender documentation

- Qualified within a suitable construction field
- Experience within the construction industry
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Driving license
