Citrus Recruit are excited to be looking for a Business Development Manager to join our client who are taking their next step in their growth plan. As a Business Development Manager, you will be focused on winning new business across the UK selling mainly to sub-contractors in the fabrication industry, as well as managing the accounts you win.  The company specialises in high-quality metal fabrication, offering advanced CNC laser cutting, forming, and welding services. They work with a variety of materials like stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium, ensuring precision and quality in every project.  To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a proven track record in winning business in the Fabrication industry. As the business grows so do your career opportunities and earning potential too.  This role is a fully remote role however you will be required to visit the factory from time to time based in Wiltshire.  Responsibilities & day to day dutiesAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Create a sales strategy to win new business across the UK in the Fabrication industry.
  • Selling to sub-contractors your role will be to grow the business you win through regular contact, via phone and face to face meetings.
  • This role is a fully remote role however you will be required to visit the factory once a month based in Wiltshire and be in front of new and existing customers on a weekly basis.
  • Assist in the production of technical quotations associated with supply proposals, after sales and service queries, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the technical capability and advantages of the solutions and services offered to potential customers.
Skills & experience required.As a Business Development Manager, we are looking for the following experience
  • Sold to a sub-contractor client base within the fabrication industry.
  • Be Technically and commercially astute.
  • Hunter mentality and a proven track record in winning new.
  • Proven track record in winning new business.
Benefits
  • Salary up to 50k
  • Car allowance is minimum £6,000
