The Role

A Technical Sales Specialist to drive business growth. This role involves managing sales and building strong customer relationships.

Location: Ideally, you will live within 25 miles of Kidderminster.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle to maximise sales potential.
  • Maintain and develop relationships through structured site visits and communications with current and potential customers. Identify and manage key accounts.
  • Conduct on-site sales visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions. Overnight stays will be required.
  • Maintain accurate records on our Business System, follow system processes, and use the system to support sales development.
  • Organise and attend exhibitions and trade shows
  • Assist with marketing activities, participate in sales and training videos and webinars, and report on competitor activity and market conditions.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience of working on the road, obtaining new customers and building relations with new and existing customers.
  • Experience of doing presentations and exhibitions
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Full / Clean UK driving license.
