We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Manager to enhance the efficiency of our Property Care department.
The role involves overseeing procurement, financial management, resource planning, and fleet management, while driving IT and process improvements.
Candidates should have significant experience in managing key contracts for materials, subcontractors, and waste management to ensure value for money.
The position requires expertise in Procurement and Contractor Management, Project and Budget Oversight, and an understanding of the NHF Schedule of Rates, preferably Versions 6-8.
The salary for this role is competitive, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Property Care department.

You will oversee procurement, financial management, resource planning, administration, and fleet management, while driving IT and process improvements. You will manage key contracts, including materials, subcontractors, waste management, and more, ensuring value for money.

Additionally, you will lead the Quantity Surveying and Contract Management functions and explore further opportunities to internalise services.
