Safety Compliance Officer / Administrator

Kidderminster, Worcestershire (Hybrid Working)

We have an opportunity for a conscientious and organised individual to provide exceptional support to the Building Compliance Team, helping to ensure all controls are fully compliant. You’ll monitor the remedial works and make sure records and certification are appropriately validated and recorded on the asset management system. You’ll liaise with external contractors, providing site access and maintaining documentation and evidence of completed works. With a keen eye for detail, you will update the Asbestos Register and ensure that fire actions on the system are completed, assisting in the effective management and administration of all relevant compliance contracts.

With good knowledge of Fire, Asbestos and Legionella, you will be an organised administrator who feels comfortable liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll have knowledge of related housing regulations / law and ensure all works are compliant with relevant legislation. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as it a flexible approach to working hours.
