We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our client's expanding operation. This role offers a Temporary to Permanent position with lots of potential and room to progress. As a General Operative you will be a part of the production process to ensure products are produced to the highest standard and exceed customers expectation.The Duties of a General Operative:
  • Read and interpret technical drawings to understand assembly requirements.
  • Operate various hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as drills, saws, and sanders.
  • Measure and cut materials according to specified dimensions.
  • Assist in the installation of fixtures.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Adhere to strict quality control standards throughout the production process.
The Requirements of a General Operative:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
  • Experience using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work effectively working to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
