We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join their team to support them. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students to achieve their best.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education for our students during teacher absences. You will be responsible for supervising classes, ensuring that students remain on task with their work, and managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage classes during the short-term absence of teachers

*Ensure students are engaged in the learning activities provided by the absent teacher

*Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment

*Follow and enforce school policies and procedures*Provide feedback to the regular teacher about student progress and behaviour.

Requirements

:*Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable.

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.

* Enhanced DBS

*Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
