Inside Sales Executive Salary: £28,000 per year + Uncapped Commission (£10,000+ annually) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Worcestershire Company Overview: We are a multinational company in the vehicle wash and care sector, looking to expand our UK operations. A new Inside Sales Executive role has been created to support our growing Sales Team and contribute to business development. Role Overview: The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, handling inbound inquiries, and supporting the sales team by ensuring a seamless sales process. The role will involve working with both new and existing customers, promoting products, and managing the customer relationship through CRM systems. Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new business opportunities through cold calling and inbound lead handling, passing qualified leads to the field sales team.
  • Pre-qualify inbound leads to assess suitability and sales potential.
  • Identify customer needs and match with relevant products and services.
  • Explain product benefits and provide detailed information to potential customers.
  • Sell light valeting equipment and chemicals over the phone or online to new customers.
  • Renew and upsell service and maintenance contracts to existing customers.
  • Self-generate leads within emerging markets.
  • Follow up on all leads to ensure successful closure.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline within CRM (preferably Salesforce).
  • Keep customer information up to date in the CRM system.
  • Advise clients on how to maximize revenue from their products.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in inside sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls per day.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in generating sales from cold calling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
